Grand Rounds and Lectures

Grand Rounds and clinical and research lectures at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine have been a tradition since the Institute's founding in 1962. Below, you will find recent Grand Rounds case presentations, faculty lectures and a new feature, ophthalmic ultrasound lectures for physicians. We are happy to announce that Bascom Palmer voluntary faculty member, Yale Fisher, MD, has developed a novel instructional Web site for ophthalmologists. OphthalmicEdge is a compilation of clinical lectures and short movies for ophthalmology residents, fellows, ophthalmologists and ophthalmic technicians with little or no understanding of Diagnostic Ophthalmic Ultrasound.
